The motor car is an icon of the 20th Century, and few car manufacturers have produced so many legendary cars as Volkswagen. The Beetle - the best-selling car of all time; the Volkswagen bus - symbol of a generation; and the Golf - a modern masterpiece,
are automobiles that have become an indelible part of the cultural and personal lives of millions. By 1955, a million Volkswagens were made and the company had grown into a world corporation, building factories and working communities in the United States, Brazil, Canada and in major centers in Western Europe.

VOLKSWAGEN CARS
"The 2001 Volkswagen Jetta offers a sophisticated exterior design that bucks the melted jellybean trend in favor of crisp lines and an aggressive stance. Inside, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail make owners feel they should have paid thousands more for their car."

Cleaning your engine is a good habit to cultivate. It is a good idea to clean the engine of most cars by spraying down lightly with a gentle cleaner like Simple Green or the STP Citrus spray, and then rinse with a low pressure stream of water. Do this on a warm but not HOT engine. Don't over spray things like plug wires, coils and electrical connections,
although today's modern connectors are a lot more water resistant than most people realize. A little water from a hose won't hurt under the hood since lots of water gets in there on a rainy day anyway, and at high speeds, lots of water goes through the radiator onto the engine.
