The Bugatti Veyron is the speediest serial car in the world! In fact, on april 29st 2005, the Bugatti Veyron achieved a top speed of over 400 Km/h (248.5 mph). This result was realised on the high speed section of the Volkswagen proving grounds
at Ehra - Lessien. The test was supervised by the German Homologation Authority "TÜV Süddeutschland" and officially chronometred by their precision measuring units. The Bugatti car managed to reach this speed several times and in both directions, as required by the official measuring procedures.
"Now we have the 2006 Bugatti Veyron 16.4. The body styling is still pretty close to the original 2001 concept car. Though not exactly beautiful, the Veyron certainly has presence. One could be forgiven for thinking the car must be rather large, but in fact it's actually a tad shorter than a Porsche 911. Although it uses a carbon-fiber structure and plenty of aluminum, it still weighs more than 2 tons. At high speeds, an active rear wing deploys and the body automatically lowers."
The best time period to buy that car you have always dreamed of having is later in the month. Often there are numerous rebate or bonus programs offered by month’s end based on a dealer’s monthly sales quotas. The idea is that, sometimes dealers fall short meeting their sales objectives. If their performance is assessed by the end of the month this can prove to be good news to most car buyers since dealers now have no choice but to sell vehicles at a price that is lower than their norm. They are pressed to make more sales that will count for their monthly sales and that puts you at an advantage as a buyer.
